Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the customs authorities in your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary depending on the regulations of your country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed on our webshop.
If your package is held by customs, you may be required to pay these fees to release your order. Unfortunately, we cannot control or predict these charges. For more information, we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order.
Shipping Policy for EU Orders
We offer free EU shipping on orders of 100 EUR or more.
For all other orders, a flat shipping fee of 10 EUR applies, regardless of package size or destination. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding official holidays.

We will recheck the delivery address and tracking number, and if the delivery failure was due to our fault, we will resend your order free of charge.
By our fault, we mean:
– The product was not sent.
– The product is stuck in transit and shows no movement according to tracking.
– If the issue arises due to an incorrect address provided by you or if tracking confirms the product has been delivered, we are not obliged to resend the product.
For all orders, a flat shipping fee of 10 EUR applies unless the total purchase exceeds 100 EUR.

We cannot guarantee that orders will pass customs in the USA or Canada, though over 90% of orders successfully make it through.
For orders up to 200 EUR:
If stuck at customs, the goods are resent free of charge.
Additional shipping fees may apply based on the number of packages.
If this happens more than once, each subsequent reshipment will require payment of 50% of the original order value, including shipping costs. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, no further attempts will be made, and no refund will be issued.
For large orders exceeding 200 EUR, each case is handled individually through email or WhatsApp.
We cannot guarantee the passing of customs within the EU, but over 95% of orders successfully make it through.
